In accordance with Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform you that:

Your personal data obtained in connection with the recruitment conducted by Nomtek Sp. z o.o. will be processed for the purpose of:
1. Conducting and resolving the recruitment process for the position you have applied for. If you are a natural person not conducting business activity, the data will be processed in accordance with applicable law, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR with respect to the data specified in Article 22(1) §1 of the Labor Code, and based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for data beyond the scope specified in Article 22(1) §1 of the Labor Code. The data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process, but no longer than 6 months after the recruitment process is closed.
2. Conducting and resolving the recruitment process for the position you have applied for. If you are a natural person conducting business activity, the data will be processed for the purpose of taking actions at the request of the person concerned aimed at concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process, but no longer than 3 months after the recruitment process is closed.
3. Fulfilling the legitimate interests of the controller in case of a legal need to demonstrate facts and in case of potential claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – 3 years from the moment the damage occurs.
4. Including your application in future recruitment processes based on your consent, i.e., Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – for a maximum of 2 years from the moment of giving consent.
Your personal data will not be subject to profiling, and no automated decisions will be made regarding your personal data.
We will share your personal data in cases where such sharing is necessary for the recruitment process, including with IT system providers with whom the Controller cooperates.
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to international organizations.
To the extent that we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of such data at any time by contacting us at the above-mentioned email address (such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
In the cases specified in the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it, to rectify data, to delete data, or to restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
