We process the data in accordance with applicable law – in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on thefree movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

1) request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
2) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Providing your personal data in the correspondence with us is voluntary, however in the event that with reference to the above correspondence or contacts another purpose or basis of data processing arises, you will be duly informed about it.
Your personal data will be processed according to the law, only for the purpose and in the scope of the purpose for which it was obtained and for the period of fulfilling that purpose.
